Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and modern with a TV in both the living area and the seperate bedroom. thye bed was very comfortable and there is loads of storage space. The free use of washer and dryer upstairs was fantastic. The apartment is not serviced if your stay is less than a week but this was no problem in fact it was nice not to be disturbed - felt more like home. There is a mobile phone left for your use where incoming calls are free and for out going just buy credit. the manager Dario was very helpful and very friendly with excellent english. the location was only 2-3 blocks from the subway and at night very close to all the good bars and restaurants of palermo. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment I had was very nice, clean, lots of storage space and spacious with a large balcony furnished with chairs and table. It was located on a relatively quiet street at a few blocks from the hearth of Palermo design district, subway, shops, restaurants and groceries. I felt very safe during all my stay and at any time even if I was alone. A good thing is the free Wi-Fi Internet and the complimentary mobile phone for local calls or to receive calls. The kitchen was well equipped and a laundry room is available in the building at no cost; you only have to buy your detergent. Dario, the manager, was very friendly, helpful and spoke Spanish, English and French. Thank you Dario for making my stay an enjoyable experience!

Although the kitchen was well equipped, you have to purchase the basics such as salt/pepper, sugar, oil, coffee/the… things that you usually don’t think of buying!

Outstanding experience. Dario, the general manager, and Fernando and Fernando, two of the building managers, were absolutely professional, courteous and flexible with our plans. We had our two young children out of the country for the first time, and the staff made the experience very easy. Contemporary, well maintained apartment with new appliances and additions, excellent location only three blocks from the Plaza Italia subway station and the Biological Gardens and Zoo. Highly recommended.

Although my aparmtent was not the best decorated one, still it was nice, clean, spacious and cozy ! Felt like I was at home and the neighbourhood is also nice and safe. Close to fashion stores, good restaurants and bars. Around 7 minutes walk to the subway and 15 mins from the Botanic Garden. Fernando from Uriarte was specially very attentive and warm providing me all the needed informartion always with a smile on his face. They lent me a mobile phone in case I needed a taxi, book something ... or their assistance.

The fact of this accomodation to be more like a rented apartment than a hotel demands you to be more flexible about some issues.For example they didn´t have 24 hours reception at the entrance, only during some hours, so in case you needed any information or special request you needed to call them by cel phone. They did my check out (debited my credit card) not on the last day of my staying, but already on the second, that was weird and quite unusual.

The owners were very helpful and personal. The apartment was very nicely decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. It felt like home away from home.

There was some renovation work being done in a nearby flat which caused some noise. But this should be temporary and was explained upon arrival.

Very comfortable, well equipped, modern apartment. Both the building and the apartments are very secure. On arrival, we were given a warm welcome by Dario and we were then shown the apartment by Fernando who gave us a huge amount of information about the apartment and Palermo. Our balcony was big enough for two people to enjoy a glass of wine with a decent view. Good Wi-fi and cable tv, dvd and cd players. Very enjoyable, quiet place; highly recommended.

The facilities were good, the appartment was clean, there was airco, it was in a good neighbourhood. They had free laundry possibilities, and the pool was nice.

The apartment is safe, clean, very well equipped and the location is very convenient. But I have no doubt that the nice and efficient staff (Dario and also Mario) is the big and positive differentiator. I felt like home.

This is my fourth time staying in Palermo and by far this is the best accomodation. Management quality was top notch - they ensured ahead of time details for my stay and helped with travel to and from the airport. The apartment itself is gorgeous with a balcony and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay (kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc). Well done Terrazas de Uriarte Apartments!!! I will definitely rebook with them again.

A stylish and comfortable apartment, close to the bars and restaurants of Palermo Soho. Also only a short walk to the underground. Dario was very helpful on our check in and departure.

The pool was tiny - good for lounging, but not swimming.

Good location, not exactly in the middle of Palermo but very close to it. Good looking rooms with enough space.

No cleaning. No reception (no one to ask something if you need it). In a 6 days stay we get out of water two times.

The apartment had a very simple but nice design, and had a kitchen equiped with everything we needed. The manager was very helpful and informative. The bed was comfortable. The area of the city was one of our favorites to walk around in and felt very safe, and there was a weekend bazaar very close by.

We were on the first floor up, and our apartment looked out the back of the hotel to a parking lot. We found out later that if you contact the hotel directly before you book that you can have more say in choosing your room.

It was very clean and convenient. We were travelling for quite some time, so it was nice to have a lace that you could cook and do your laundry. LocTion is great too.
